Twirling Quilt (Throw or Full/Queen)

The Twirling quilt is a fun twist on a more complicated pattern. The pattern is deceptive - similar to a Kaleidoscope quilt but without the painstaking matching of prints and cutting piles of strips. You’ll still need a 60 degree triangle ruler, but the primary fabric is a jelly roll - so your strips are already cut for you. And the blocks appear to spin! Note: The Yellow Quilt Shop has lots of choices to choose from.

Each Star Block is 1 class, 3 hours, and meets Tuesdays 10-1 pm or Saturdays 2-5 pm

First class is a special Color and Cut class on Tues 2/3 (Sat 2/7)

Star Block Classes meet starting with Star #1 on Tues 2/17 (Sat 2/21)

Each Star Block Class will focus on one or more quilting technique/strategy

Star Sampler Project is a 3 day class starting on Tues 4/14 (Sat 4/18) (meets every 2 weeks)

You must take at least one of the six Star Block classes to enroll in the Star Sampler Class

2026 Scrap Club

Join us at any time during the year, we will be working on projects, getting help and learning new skills or refresh them. This year, we will be having periodic mini workshops on several different creative ideas! Some suggestions that have been made are: quilt-as-you-go, English paper piecing, crumb quilt - open for any other ideas as well!

Meetings are the third Friday of each month from 1:00-4:00 pm, cost is $120 for the entire, or partial year or will be prorated.
